Benefit Cosmetics seeks a Beauty Consultant in Madrid for a 30-hour-per-week temporary role. Manage Brow Bar operations, deliver brow and makeup services, and drive client experience excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by building lasting relationships and maximizing client loyalty and retention
- Embody and communicate Benefit's brand DNA and values in every client interaction
- Manage the Brow Bar comprehensively, including achieving sales targets, maintaining customer satisfaction standards, managing stock levels, visual presentation, and merchandising
- Perform makeup and brow services—including depilation, tinting, and lamination—according to brand excellence standards and certifications
- Collaborate closely with the Benefit team and Sephora management to ensure point-of-sale success and operational excellence
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging beauty innovations
Qualifications
- Qualification in Aesthetics, Makeup, or Personal Image/Styling
- Minimum two years of experience in cosmetics retail, perfumery, or specialized retail sales
- Experience performing eyebrow waxing services (valued asset)
- Intermediate English language proficiency
- Availability to work 30 hours per week

Experience
Minimum two to three years in cosmetics retail, perfumery, or specialized beauty retail environments, with demonstrated success in client-facing sales roles. Prior experience administering eyebrow waxing services is highly valued. The candidate should demonstrate strong product knowledge, understanding of beauty retail KPIs, and a proven ability to build and maintain client loyalty.
Education
Formal qualification in Aesthetics, Makeup, or Personal Image and Styling is required. Annual brow service certification through Benefit's training programme is mandatory.
