Benefit Cosmetics seeks Beauty Consultant in Madrid for temporary part-time retail role managing Brow Bar and customer experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by building lasting relationships and maximising client loyalty and retention
- Embody and communicate the Benefit brand ethos and DNA in every customer interaction
- Manage the Brow Bar comprehensively, including achievement of commercial targets, client experience, inventory management, visual presentation, and merchandising
- Perform makeup and eyebrow services (depilation, tinting, and lamination) to the brand's exacting standards of excellence
- Collaborate closely with the Benefit team and Sephora management to ensure the success and viability of the retail point of sale
- Stay informed of sector trends, competitive developments, and emerging product innovations
Qualifications
- Formal qualification in aesthetics, makeup, or personal image consulting
- Minimum three years of professional experience in cosmetics, perfumery, or specialised retail
- Intermediate English language proficiency
- Eyebrow depilation with wax experience is highly valued
- Availability to work part-time hours

Experience

Education
