Benefit Cosmetics (LVMH) in Madrid seeks a part‑time Beauty Consultant for Brow Bar services and retail sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalised product advice and drive sales through consultative client interactions.
- Perform professional brow and facial hair removal services (waxing/shape) to Benefit service standards.
- Maintain Brow Bar visual standards including merchandising, POS and display execution in line with Marketing guidelines.
- Manage Brow Bar stock levels and product replenishment to ensure continuous service delivery.
- Engage clients to communicate the brand story and convert product/service interest into sales.
- Collaborate closely with store management and the in-store team to deliver seamless guest experiences.
- Monitor sector trends and competitor activity to remain an informed beauty specialist.
Qualifications
- Diploma or professional training in Aesthetics, Makeup Artistry, or Personal Image.
- Minimum three years’ experience in cosmetics or perfumery sales; hands-on eyebrow waxing/shaping experience preferred.
- Intermediate English is desirable.
- Immediate availability and flexibility to work retail hours (role advertised as part-time).
- Strong customer orientation, results focus, attention to detail, excellent communication, autonomy and proactivity.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in cosmetics or perfumery retail; direct experience performing brow waxing/shaping is advantageous.
Education
Vocational diploma or certificate in Aesthetics, Makeup or Personal Image (or equivalent).
