Benefit Cosmetics (LVMH) seeks a Beauty Consultant for the Brow Bar in Madrid — temporary, on-site beauty role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional brow and facial hair removal services (waxing/ shaping) at the Brow Bar while ensuring client comfort and satisfaction.
- Provide expert product advice and personalised retail recommendations to drive sales and achieve point-of-sale targets.
- Manage Brow Bar stock and supplies to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
- Execute visual merchandising and in-store marketing directives (lineales, PLV) to uphold brand presentation standards.
- Maintain a pristine, on-brand Brow Bar environment in collaboration with store management.
- Monitor market activity and competitor initiatives; feed insights into the team to inform local actions.
- Foster a positive client experience and contribute proactively to team dynamics and retail leadership.
Qualifications
- Vocational training or certification in aesthetics, makeup or personal image.
- Minimum three years of professional experience in cosmetics retail, perfumery or beauty services; hands-on experience with eyebrow waxing/shaping is strongly preferred.
- Immediate availability to start.
- Intermediate level of English is desirable.
