Benefit Cosmetics (LVMH) in Madrid seeks a temporary Beauty Consultant for Brow Bar services, in-store sales and merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver expert product advice and personalised consultations to drive retail sales of Benefit Cosmetics.
- Perform professional brow and facial hair-removal services at the Brow Bar, maintaining high standards of hygiene and technique.
- Achieve and contribute to the sales targets and KPIs of the point of sale.
- Manage Brow Bar stock levels and ordering to ensure product availability and minimise shrinkage.
- Execute visual merchandising, in-store displays and PLV according to Marketing guidelines to preserve brand image.
- Foster a positive working relationship with the store team and store management to maximise client experience.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and new product launches to remain a knowledgeable beauty specialist.
Qualifications
- Certificate or diploma in Aesthetics, Makeup Artistry or Personal Image.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in cosmetics, perfumery or beauty retail (company records indicate a minimum of 3 years).
- Practical experience in eyebrow waxing and facial hair removal is preferred.
- Immediate availability to work full-time on-site.
- Intermediate level of English desirable.
- Strong client orientation, results-driven mindset, meticulous attention to detail, effective communication skills and the ability to work autonomously with initiative.
