Benefit Cosmetics (LVMH Beauty Iberia) in Madrid seeks a Part‑time Beauty Consultant to deliver luxury retail service and achieve sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑level customer service and personalised product advice throughout the full sales experience to maximise conversion and average transaction value.
- Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales targets through proactive clientelling and in‑store activity.
- Develop and sustain long‑term relationships with clients and retail partners to foster brand loyalty.
- Identify customer needs, propose tailored product solutions and demonstrate product application techniques.
- Monitor competitor activity, new launches and promotional initiatives and share market feedback with the Area Manager.
- Maintain merchandising standards and assist with stock replenishment to ensure optimal in‑store presentation.
- Track store performance against KPIs and report sales, inventory and operational issues to the Retail Area Manager.
- Complete assigned operational and administrative tasks including reporting and order processing.
Qualifications
- Minimum high‑school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in beauty preferred; university degree an advantage.
- Minimum B2 level of English (explicit requirement).
- Minimum three years’ experience in retail or service environments, ideally within luxury, perfumery, beauty or fashion.
- Customer‑centric orientation with strong commercial acumen and target‑driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
- Proactivity, initiative and ability to manage administrative and merchandising tasks accurately.

Experience
Minimum three years of experience in retail or customer‑facing service roles; prior experience in luxury beauty, perfumery or fashion retail is strongly preferred.
Education
High‑school diploma or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.
