Benefit Cosmetics seeks Beauty Consultant in Lisbon; temporary brow and beauty retail role within LVMH group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences, establishing enduring relationships and maximizing customer retention and lifetime value
- Communicate Benefit's distinctive brand DNA and values authentically during every client interaction
- Operate the Brow Bar holistically, achieving commercial targets, ensuring consistent client experience, managing inventory, and maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Execute brow and makeup services (waxing, tinting, brow lamination) in accordance with the brand's exacting quality standards
- Collaborate seamlessly with the Benefit team and Sephora store management to drive point-of-sale performance
- Remain current with industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging beauty innovations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in cosmetics, fragrance, or specialized retail sales
- Formal training or certification in Aesthetics, Makeup Artistry, or Personal Image
- Proficiency in eyebrow waxing services (strongly preferred)
- Fluency in English (preferred)
- Full-time availability
- Client-centric mindset with results orientation
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong communication skills

Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years in cosmetics, fragrance, or specialized retail sales; experience with eyebrow waxing services is highly valued.
