Role & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive product knowledge and tailored skincare recommendations for Benefit cosmetics lines
- Achieve sales targets and point-of-sale performance objectives
- Deliver professional eyebrow shaping and facial hair removal services
- Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure product availability
- Cultivate brand passion and communicate Benefit's heritage to every client
- Maintain visual merchandising standards aligned with marketing guidelines, including displays and promotional materials
- Foster collaborative relationships with store management and team members
- Monitor industry trends, competitive activities, and new product launches to maintain current beauty expertise
Qualifications
- Formal training in aesthetics, makeup artistry, or personal image consulting
