Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and track individual sales targets through strategic customer engagement, brow treatments, and compelling product presentation using the Beauty ABC's and Service ABC's sales framework
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and retail colleagues to foster loyalty and collaboration
- Perform professional eyebrow treatments including tinting, waxing, and shaping with precision and care
- Participate in counter events and new product launches to drive brand awareness and sales momentum
- Communicate stock requirements for treatments and retail inventory to ensure operational continuity
- Maintain counter displays and treatment areas to the highest hygiene and aesthetic standards at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in retail or customer-facing cosmetics roles
- Demonstrated expertise in eyebrow services and brow treatments
- Natural aptitude for sales with a proven track record of driving customer engagement
- Fluent in Dutch and English
