Benefit Cosmetics (LVMH Beauty Iberia) in Valladolid seeks a Temporary Beauty Consultant (Brow Bar).
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert product advice and personalised consultations to customers about Benefit ranges.
- Deliver eyebrow shaping and facial waxing services to brand standards at the Brow Bar.
- Achieve and contribute to the Brow Bar's sales and conversion targets.
- Manage Brow Bar inventory and stock levels to ensure product and consumable availability.
- Maintain visual merchandising, in-store displays and POS materials in line with Marketing guidelines.
- Create an engaging, on-brand customer experience that communicates the brand’s personality.
- Collaborate closely with the store team and store management to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor competitor activity, market launches and special actions to remain product- and sector-aware.
Qualifications
- Vocational training or certification in Aesthetics, Makeup or Personal Image.
- Minimum one year of commercial experience in cosmetics or perfumery sales.
- Practical experience with eyebrow waxing/eyebrow shaping is highly desirable.
- Immediate availability for a part-time schedule (35 hours/week as stated).
- Basic to intermediate English is desirable.
- Strong customer orientation, results focus, attention to detail, verbal communication skills, autonomy and proactivity.

Experience
Minimum one year of experience in cosmetics or perfumery retail sales; hands-on eyebrow-waxing or brow-service experience is preferred.
Education
Vocational training in Aesthetics, Makeup or Personal Image (or equivalent professional certification).
