Benefit Cosmetics (LVMH Beauty) in Seville seeks a part-time Beauty Consultant (Brow Bar). Temporary role, immediate availability preferred.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise clients on Benefit product ranges and drive retail sales to achieve point-of-sale targets.
- Deliver professional brow-shaping and facial hair removal services (waxing) to brand standards.
- Manage Brow Bar stock and merchandising to ensure product availability and presentation aligned with Marketing directives (visual displays, POS).
- Create exceptional client experiences that communicate brand passion and foster customer loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with store management and the on-site team to maintain a cohesive, high-performing environment.
- Monitor market and competitor activity (promotions, launches) to remain current and proactively suggest in-store initiatives.
Qualifications
- Certificate or formal training in aesthetics, makeup, or personal image.
- Minimum three years' professional experience in cosmetics/perfume retail sales; prior eyebrow waxing/shaping experience strongly preferred.
- Immediate availability for a part-time schedule (approx. 20 hours per week) and flexibility for shop hours.

Experience
Minimum three years of hands-on experience selling cosmetics or working in perfumery, with demonstrated achievement against sales targets; practical experience performing eyebrow waxing/shaping is highly desirable.
Education
Professional training or certification in aesthetics, cosmetology, makeup artistry, or personal image.
