Benefit Cosmetics (LVMH) in Madrid seeks a part‑time Temporary Beauty Consultant for Brow Bar services and retail sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional Brow Bar and facial hair removal services to clients, ensuring technique and hygiene standards are met.
- Advise clients on Benefit product ranges and translate product knowledge into sales opportunities and personalised recommendations.
- Achieve and contribute to daily and monthly sales targets for the Madrid boutique.
- Maintain Brow Bar stock control and replenishment to ensure service continuity.
- Implement visual merchandising, POS/PLV and in‑store marketing guidelines supplied by the marketing team.
- Provide outstanding customer service, cultivating client loyalty and an engaging in‑store atmosphere.
- Monitor competitor activity and sector news to inform local promotions and customer conversations.
- Foster constructive relationships within the boutique team and support a collaborative working environment.
Qualifications
- Professional training in aesthetics, makeup or personal image.
- Minimum two years’ experience in cosmetics or perfumery retail sales (Brow Bar or in‑store service experience preferred).
- Practical experience performing eyebrow waxing/shaping is highly desirable.
- Immediate availability to start.
- Intermediate level of English is desirable.

At least 2 years’ experience in cosmetics or perfumery retail sales; prior Brow Bar or in‑store service experience and hands‑on eyebrow waxing/shaping preferred. Immediate availability is required.
