Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert, personalised product advice and sell Benefit Cosmetics across Brow Bar services and retail assortment.
- Deliver professional eyebrow shaping and facial waxing services to high standards of hygiene and client care.
- Achieve and consistently exceed point-of-sale commercial objectives and individual KPI targets.
- Manage Brow Bar stock and inventory to ensure product availability and minimise shrinkage.
- Implement in-store visual merchandising and POS directives issued by the marketing team (shelves, displays, PLV).
- Create memorable client experiences that embody the brand’s tone of voice and cultivate repeat business.
- Collaborate proactively with the store team and store management to maintain service quality and operational excellence.
- Monitor market and competitor activity, including launches and promotions, to remain sector-aware and commercially agile.
Qualifications
- Professional training or certification in aesthetics, makeup artistry or personal image.
- Minimum one year of experience in cosmetics or perfumery retail sales; eyebrow waxing experience with wax is strongly preferred.
- Availability to work a part‑time schedule and flexibility for retail shift patterns.
- Intermediate level of English desirable.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proven focus on commercial results, attention to detail and service excellence.
Skills
Experience
Minimum one year of direct experience in cosmetics or perfumery retail; hands-on experience performing eyebrow waxing/shaping is preferred and will be considered an advantage.
Education
Certificate or diploma in Aesthetics, Makeup Artistry or Personal Image.
