Benefit Cosmetics (LVMH) in Madrid seeks a temporary Beauty Consultant — Brow Bar to deliver brow services, drive sales and represent the brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert consultation and product recommendations for Benefit cosmetics, with an emphasis on Brow Bar services.
- Deliver professional eyebrow shaping and facial waxing services in accordance with brand protocols and hygiene standards.
- Achieve and exceed point-of-sale sales targets and contribute to store KPIs.
- Maintain Brow Bar stock levels and manage inventory to ensure service continuity.
- Implement merchandising, in-store visual directives and promotional point-of-sale materials as aligned with Marketing guidelines.
- Create an outstanding client experience that communicates brand personality and builds customer loyalty.
- Monitor market activity and competitive launches to inform service and sales approach.
Qualifications
- Professional qualification in Aesthetics, Makeup or Personal Image.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in cosmetics or perfumery sales; prior experience with eyebrow waxing/shaping is strongly preferred.
- Immediate availability for part-time schedules (36h/week and/or 25h/week) across assigned Madrid locations.
- Intermediate level of English.

Minimum 3 years' professional experience in cosmetics or perfumery retail sales; hands-on experience providing eyebrow services (waxing, shaping) is an advantage.
Education
Qualification in Aesthetics, Makeup or Personal Image.
