Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional eyebrow and facial hair removal services at the Brow Bar, ensuring high standards of technique and client comfort.
- Advise clients on Benefit Cosmetics products and complete retail sales to meet individual client needs and point-of-sale targets.
- Manage Brow Bar stock levels and basic inventory control to ensure product availability and presentation.
- Execute in-store visual merchandising and promotional guidelines (store fixtures, displays, PLV) in line with marketing direction.
- Build and maintain strong rapport with customers, the in-store team and store management to maximise client retention and store performance.
- Monitor market and competitor activity (launches, promotions) and incorporate learnings into client interactions and selling approaches.
Qualifications
- Formal training in aesthetics, makeup artistry or personal image.
- Minimum three years of professional experience in cosmetics retail or beauty services (brow waxing experience strongly preferred).
- Availability for a part-time schedule of approximately 20 hours per week, particularly May–September seasonal coverage.
- Intermediate English language skills desirable; fluency in Spanish expected.
- Client-focused mindset with proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional service.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in cosmetics retail, perfumery or beauty services; prior experience performing eyebrow waxing/shaping is highly desirable.
Education
Training or certification in Aesthetics, Makeup Artistry, or Personal Image.
