Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized consultations, creating lasting relationships and maximizing client loyalty
- Communicate the Benefit brand DNA and core values authentically in every client interaction
- Manage Brow Bar operations comprehensively, including achievement of sales targets, stock management, visual merchandising, and point-of-sale presentation
- Perform specialized beauty services including eyebrow waxing, tinting, coloring, and brow lamination according to Benefit's standards of excellence
- Collaborate closely with the Benefit team and Sephora store management to ensure retail success and operational coherence
- Maintain current knowledge of beauty industry trends, competitive landscape, and new product innovations
Qualifications
- Formal qualification in Aesthetics, Makeup, or Personal Image Consulting
- Minimum two years of sales experience in cosmetics, fragrance, or specialized retail
- Proficiency in eyebrow waxing services (highly valued)
- Strong client orientation and results-driven mindset
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Autonomy, initiative, and proactive problem-solving ability

Experience
Minimum two years of proven sales experience in cosmetics, fragrance retail, or specialized beauty retail environments. Prior experience performing professional eyebrow waxing services is particularly valued.
Education
