Benefit Cosmetics seeks Beauty Consultant in Bilbao, Spain. Temporary role combining brow services, makeup expertise, and retail management at Sephora.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build lasting client relationships to maximize loyalty and satisfaction
- Embody Benefit's brand essence and core values in every customer interaction
- Manage the Brow Bar operationally: achieve sales targets, maintain service excellence, control inventory, ensure visual presentation and merchandising standards
- Perform eyebrow and makeup services (waxing, tinting, lamination) in accordance with brand excellence standards
- Collaborate closely with the Benefit team and Sephora management to ensure point-of-sale success and operational alignment
- Stay informed of industry trends and competitive developments within the beauty retail sector
Qualifications
- Formal training or certification in aesthetics, makeup, or personal image consulting
- Minimum three years of demonstrated experience in cosmetics retail, perfumery sales, or specialized beauty retail
- Proficiency in eyebrow waxing and brow services highly valued
- Intermediate English language proficiency
- Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00–20:00
- Strong customer orientation and results-driven mindset
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Autonomy, initiative, and proactive approach to problem-solving
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of professional experience in cosmetics retail, perfumery sales, or specialized beauty retail environments. Prior experience performing eyebrow waxing services is particularly valued. Demonstrated track record of building client loyalty and achieving sales objectives in luxury or premium beauty settings.
Education
Formal training or certification in aesthetics, makeup artistry, or personal image consulting. Continued professional development and annual brand certifications are provided by Benefit.
