Benefit Cosmetics seeks an experienced Beauty Consultant in Barcelona. Temporary role managing Brow Bar, providing makeup and brow services, and driving retail excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences and build lasting relationships to maximize customer loyalty
- Embody Benefit's brand values and DNA in all client interactions
- Manage the Brow Bar comprehensively, including sales targets, client satisfaction, inventory, visual merchandising, and brand presentation
- Perform makeup and brow services including waxing, tinting, and lamination to the brand's exacting standards
- Collaborate closely with the Benefit team and Sephora management to ensure retail point-of-sale success
- Monitor industry trends and competitive developments to maintain market awareness
- Mentor junior team members and share technical expertise in brow and makeup services
Qualifications
- Formal training in Aesthetics, Makeup, or Personal Image consulting
- Minimum three years of experience in cosmetics, perfumery, or specialized retail sales
- Experience performing eyebrow waxing services (highly valued)
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Availability for 35-hour weekly schedule, Monday to Saturday, 12:00–20:00
- Strong customer orientation and results-driven mindset

Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of professional experience in cosmetics retail, perfumery, or specialized beauty sales. Prior expertise in eyebrow waxing services is particularly valued.
