Benefit Cosmetics — Beauty Consultant (temporary, part-time) in Barcelona. Provide eyebrow services at the Brow Bar, advise clients and meet sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional eyebrow services and facial hair removal at the Benefit Brow Bar in line with brand service protocols.
- Advise clients on Benefit product ranges and build personalised recommendations to drive retail sales.
- Achieve individual and Brow Bar sales targets and contribute to the store’s commercial objectives.
- Manage Brow Bar stock levels and ensure product availability through diligent inventory control.
- Implement visual merchandising and point-of-sale guidelines as provided by the Marketing team to keep the Brow Bar brand-compliant and attractive.
- Foster excellent working relationships with store management and colleagues to support a collaborative retail environment.
- Monitor market and competitor activity (launches, promotions, special actions) to stay informed and share insights with the team.
Qualifications
- Formal training in Aesthetics, Makeup or Personal Image (diploma/certificate preferred).
- Minimum one year of retail experience in cosmetics or perfumery; eyebrow waxing experience with wax preferred.
- Availability to start immediately and work a part-time schedule (36 hours/week as specified).
- Intermediate level of English desirable.
- Customer-focused, target-driven, detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously and proactively.

Experience
At least one year of retail experience within cosmetics or perfumery; prior experience performing eyebrow waxing/depilation is advantageous.
Education
Certificate or diploma in Aesthetics, Makeup, Cosmetology, or Personal Image.
