Benefit Cosmetics seeks a Beauty Consultant in Albufeira, Portugal for temporary, part-time retail roles at Sephora.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and foster lasting relationships to maximize loyalty and lifetime value
- Embody Benefit's brand DNA and values in every interaction with clients and team members
- Manage the Brow Bar holistically: achieve commercial targets, ensure flawless customer experience, oversee inventory, visual presentation, and merchandising standards
- Execute makeup and brow services to the highest standards, including waxing, tinting, and brow lamination treatments
- Collaborate closely with the Benefit team and Sephora management to drive point-of-sale performance and strategic initiatives
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive developments to inform sales strategies and service recommendations
Qualifications
- Formal training in Aesthetics, Makeup, or Personal Styling
- Minimum two years of experience in cosmetics, fragrance, or specialized retail sales
- Demonstrated expertise in eyebrow waxing services (strongly preferred)
- Proficiency in English (required or highly valued)
- Customer-centric orientation and results-driven mindset
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Skills
Experience
Minimum two years in cosmetics retail, fragrance sales, or specialized beauty retail. Experience with eyebrow waxing services is particularly valued. Entry-level candidates with strong passion for beauty and relevant training may be considered.
Education
Formal qualification in Aesthetics, Makeup, or Personal Styling preferred.
