Role & Responsibilities
- Master detailed product knowledge of Benefit cosmetics to advise and support sales
- Achieve point-of-sale sales targets and KPIs
- Perform professional brow and facial hair removal services
- Manage Brow Bar inventory to ensure adequate stock levels and presentation
- Convey and inspire customers with the brand's heritage and values
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and point-of-sale displays in line with marketing guidelines
- Foster collaborative relationships with store team members and management
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches to remain informed of industry developments
Qualifications
- Formal training or certification in Aesthetics, Makeup, or Personal Image Styling
- Minimum three years of experience in cosmetics or fragrance retail sales
- Wax brow removal or facial hair removal experience preferred
- Intermediate English language proficiency required
- Immediate availability for 30-hour weekly schedule

Experience
Minimum three years of professional experience in cosmetics, perfumery, or luxury beauty retail sales, with demonstrated ability to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service. Brow or facial hair removal service experience is highly valued.
Education
