Benefit Cosmetics is seeking Beauty Advisors for its Brow Bars at Sephora Vasco da Gama and Sephora Almada in Lisbon. The role combines client service, Brow Bar operations, makeup and brow treatments, and commercial performance; the position is temporary, with full-time or part-time availability considered.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional client experience, build lasting relationships and maximize client loyalty.
- Communicate Benefit’s passion and brand DNA in every interaction.
- Manage the Brow Bar end to end, achieving commercial targets and overseeing the client experience, stock, presentation and merchandising.
- Perform makeup and brow services, including hair removal, tinting and brow lamination, in line with brand standards of excellence.
- Work closely with the Benefit team and Sephora management to ensure the point of sale’s success.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor developments.
Qualifications
- Training in Esthetics, Makeup or Personal Image.
- At least 2 years of experience in cosmetics, perfumery or specialist retail sales; experience in eyebrow waxing is an advantage.
- English is an advantage.
- Availability to work full-time or part-time.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years in cosmetics, perfumery or specialist retail sales; 3 years minimum.
Education
Training in Esthetics, Makeup or Personal Image.
