Benefit Cosmetics seeks an experienced Beauty Consultant for a temporary, part-time role at its Barcelona counter within Sephora.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by building lasting relationships and maximizing client loyalty and retention
- Embody and communicate the Benefit brand ethos and distinctive brand values in every customer interaction
- Manage the Brow Bar holistically, including achievement of sales targets, client experience standards, inventory management, visual merchandising, and counter presentation
- Execute makeup and brow services with precision and excellence, including eyebrow waxing, tinting, and lamination services per brand standards
- Collaborate closely with the Benefit team and Sephora management to ensure consistent performance and success of the retail point of sale
- Monitor industry trends and competitive developments to inform product recommendations and service offerings
Qualifications
- Formal education in aesthetics, makeup artistry, or personal image consulting
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in cosmetics, perfumery, or specialized retail environments
- Demonstrated experience with eyebrow waxing services is advantageous
- Intermediate English language proficiency
- Client-focused mindset with results orientation, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and self-direction
