Benefit Cosmetics seeks a part-time Brow & Beauty Expert in Amsterdam to deliver eyebrow treatments and makeup consultations with excellent customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute eyebrow treatments including waxing, tinting, shaping, and lamination according to Benefit standards
- Demonstrate and advise on Benefit cosmetics products to customers
- Create quick, engaging mini-makeovers and provide personalized beauty consultations
- Deliver confident, warm customer service throughout all interactions
- Maintain cleanliness and welcoming presentation of the Brow Bar
- Collaborate effectively with Douglas retail team members and colleagues
Qualifications
- Fluent Dutch language proficiency
- Passion for eyebrows, beauty, and makeup
- Comfortable engaging with customers or willingness to develop customer interaction skills
- Ability to explain and demonstrate products in an accessible and engaging manner
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused demeanor
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in beauty services, customer-facing retail, or related field.
Education
No formal education requirement specified; completion of Benefit Cosmetics' comprehensive brow training program is provided.
