Belmond is hiring a bilingual Waiter in San Miguel de Allende to deliver attentive table service, explain food and beverage offerings, promote menu items, ensure correct dish presentation and billing, and support guest satisfaction. This is a full-time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide guest service from arrival at the table through departure.
- Provide detailed information about the food and beverages offered.
- Ensure the bill is delivered promptly, accurately reviewed, and in accordance with standards.
- Check that dishes are presented correctly.
- Take accurate table orders and promote menu items to each guest.
- Attend to guests throughout the service.
- Ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- At least 6 months of previous experience as a waiter.
- Fluent English; a second language is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a clear willingness to help and resolve problems.
