As a Waiter at Jimbaran Puri, A Belmond Hotel, the role supports the guest dining experience through personalized service, order taking, menu recommendations, and accurate bill and payment handling. This is a daily-worker contract role in Kuta Selatan, Indonesia.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, personalized service to guests.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, accommodate special dietary requirements and requests, and recommend menu items.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings.
- Process guest bills accurately and efficiently, record charges correctly, and handle payments securely.
Qualifications
- Experience providing exceptional customer service, handling food and beverages, and working in a fast-paced environment.
