Role & Responsibilities
- Lead informative, engaging tours that highlight each destination’s distinctive features.
- Share insights into local culture, history and traditions to create an immersive experience.
- Adapt tours to the interests and preferences of groups of varying sizes and demographics.
- Ensure guest safety and comfort during excursions and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers, vendors and other stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Fluent in English and French.
