Copacabana Palace – A Belmond Hotel seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract and select talent, partner with leaders, enhance the candidate and employee experience, and strengthen the culture of luxury hospitality. The role also supports employer branding, internal growth, engagement, recognition, performance management and talent development initiatives. A 5-on/2-off schedule is offered.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment and selection processes to attract talent and deliver an excellent, memorable candidate experience.
- Partner strategically with leaders to identify candidates who share a passion for hospitality.
- Drive employer branding initiatives, talent programmes and internal growth opportunities.
- Improve the employee journey from attraction through onboarding, creating welcoming and genuine experiences.
- Develop engagement and recognition initiatives to strengthen the culture and sense of belonging.
- Monitor Talent Acquisition metrics and trends, bringing innovation and efficiency to processes.
- Support performance management and talent development initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous growth.
Qualifications
- Completed university degree; a Psychology degree is an advantage.
- Postgraduate qualification, MBA in Human Resources Management or related courses are desirable.
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment and selection in this or a similar role.
- Luxury hospitality experience is an advantage.
- Fluent English.
- In-depth technical knowledge of recruitment processes, best practices, and the standards and norms of the hotel industry or public-facing service sector.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Experience
At least 3 years in this or a similar recruitment and selection role; luxury hospitality experience is an advantage.
Education
Completed university degree; a degree in Psychology is an advantage. Postgraduate study, an MBA in Human Resources Management or related courses are desirable.
