The Storekeeper at Jimbaran Puri, A Belmond Hotel, maintains inventory records, manages daily stock movements and documentation, and supports the secure, organized operation of storage areas. This temporary daily-worker role coordinates with the Cost Controller and other departments and provides responsive service to internal teams.

Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate perpetual inventory records and issue stock daily.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts with the Cost Controller.
• Monitor and report discrepancies between physical inventory and system records to management.
• Document all merchandise entering or leaving the store, including receiving records, purchase orders and authorized requisitions.
• Coordinate store receiving and issuing schedules with the Cost Controller and relevant departments.
• Maintain an up-to-date list of authorized signatories for store requisitions.
• Enter all store requisitions and transfers into the system daily.
• Keep all storage areas organized, clean and secure.
• Support smooth and reliable operations for colleagues and departments.
• Provide attentive, accurate and responsive service to internal guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a storekeeper, warehouse, inventory or related role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and stock-handling procedures.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of accuracy and responsibility.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work with inventory or stock-management systems.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with different departments.
• Physically fit and able to handle daily storekeeping activities.
• Customer-service oriented, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Willingness to work as a daily worker.
• Indonesian citizenship required.
