Belmond seeks an empathetic, proactive Spa Therapist for its new exclusive Dior Spa at Grand Hotel Timeo. The role covers personalized consultations, Dior body and facial treatments, guest guidance, coordination with hotel teams, and maintaining treatment spaces; it is a seasonal 2027 contract under the C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Federalberghi.
Role & Responsibilities
- Review daily appointment lists and guest profiles to identify VIPs, repeat guests, and specific physical or wellness preferences, and prepare customized treatment plans.
- Deliver body and facial treatments, following Dior Spa protocols, techniques, and brand storytelling.
- Welcome guests and introduce them to the facilities, fragrances, and skincare collections to enhance their pre- and post-treatment experience.
- Coordinate with Spa Reception, Guest Relations, and Concierge teams on bespoke wellness amenities, celebratory gifts, and personalized farewell touches related to guests’ stays.
- Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and aesthetic standards of treatment rooms and common areas.
Qualifications
- Hold a valid Professional Massage or Beautician Certification (Qualifica Professionale di Estetista / Massoterapeuta).
- Demonstrate empathy, warmth, strong interpersonal skills, and a soothing manner suited to international guests.
- Show problem-solving agility, attention to detail, and creativity in personalizing wellness journeys and guest surprises.
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.

Experience
At least 2 years as a Spa Therapist in 5-star luxury hotel spas, premium wellness resorts, or high-end brand sanctuaries.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Taormina, Sicily, Italy, with easy access to Messina.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 15,000 to EUR 17,000 per annum.
