As a Spa Therapist at Miraflores Park, a Belmond Hotel, Lima, the role delivers spa treatments, services and products while enhancing guest relaxation and wellbeing. Responsibilities include treatment delivery, reservations, spa presentation and cleanliness, linen and inventory management, product sales, LQA compliance, maintenance reporting and daily audit reports. The position also offers employee oncology insurance, complimentary experiences and preferential rates at Belmond destinations, hotel points, staff dining and development opportunities.

Role & Responsibilities

• Perform a range of spa treatments from the menu, delivering high-quality services that exceed guest expectations.
• Take and manage spa reservations in accordance with LQA standards using the reservations Drive spreadsheet.
• Maintain the décor, order and cleanliness of all spa areas, including changing rooms, showers and the relaxation room.
• Replenish linen in treatment rooms, treatment areas and lockers in line with established standards.
• Track linen sent to the laundry and ensure it is managed correctly.
• Sell spa products in line with sales targets set by the supervisor.
• Uphold the hotel’s expected LQA standards across all work areas.
• Inspect the spa premises and report any faults to the maintenance team.
• Prepare daily reports for audits as needed.
• Assist with monthly inventories and ensure materials are properly stocked.
• Care for workspaces and tools, ensuring their correct use and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Intermediate English proficiency.
• At least 2 years of work experience.
• Appropriate certifications or licenses to practise as a therapist in the relevant jurisdictions.
• Ability to create a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere, communicate effectively with guests and provide personalised care that meets their individual needs and preferences.
• Strong understanding of health and safety standards and protocols relating to spa services.
• Ability to meet professional standards, maintain confidentiality and demonstrate ethical conduct in guest interactions.
