Role & Responsibilities

• Carry out Food & Beverage outlet operations.
• Monitor the guest experience, from preparing the restaurant before guests arrive through service.
• Help deliver flawless service, anticipate guests’ needs, build and maintain guest relationships, and handle requests and enquiries.
• Assist the Head Sommelier during service.
• Contribute to achieving economic targets.

Qualifications

• Previous professional experience in the same role in a luxury environment.
• Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally.
• Effective communication, emotional intelligence, and adaptability.
• Ability and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Ability to deliver genuine, consistent service by anticipating and exceeding the expectations of guests and colleagues.
• Respectful and inclusive approach to people regardless of position, level, or background.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• HACCP certification.

The role is a seasonal labour contract under C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo, Level 4, Sommelier. The contract runs from March to November 2027, with the aim of continued collaboration in subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path.
