The Room Attendant maintains guest-room cleanliness, comfort, presentation, and housekeeping service areas at Romazzino, a Belmond Hotel in Porto Cervo. This is a seasonal role under the Tourism Sector Collective Agreement – Confindustria.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain the property's décor and cleanliness in accordance with company policies, standards, and procedures.
- Clean and prepare guest rooms within established timeframes.
- Maintain housekeeping service areas and replenish their supplies.
- Take care of guests’ personal belongings within their rooms.
- Take care of company property.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
- Commitment to delivering high service standards, with a strong sense of priorities and responsibility.
- Availability to work flexible shifts and weekends.
- Fluent Italian and basic English.
