Grand Hotel Timeo, a Belmond Hotel, seeks a meticulous Room Attendant to prepare and maintain guest rooms and suites to ultra-luxury standards. The seasonal role includes daily cleaning, turndown service, guest privacy, upkeep of housekeeping areas, and sustainable practices; it is part-time and governed by the Tourism Sector Federalberghi C.C.N.L.

Role & Responsibilities

• Perform thorough daily cleaning, afternoon turndown service, and preparation of guest rooms and suites in accordance with established procedures.
• Change bed linen and towels, replenish luxury amenities, and ensure impeccable room presentation.
• Promptly report malfunctions, damaged items, and safety hazards to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Respect guest privacy and handle personal belongings with the utmost care, confidentiality, and discretion.
• Keep service carts, linen closets, and guest-floor corridors clean, tidy, and well organized.
• Follow and promote environmentally sustainable practices for chemical use, laundry sorting, and water conservation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a room attendant or in cleaning services, preferably in a four- or five-star luxury hotel.
• High attention to detail, efficiency, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work methodically and in an organized manner.
• Discretion, reliability, and professional conduct in all circumstances.
• Conversational Italian or English.

Experience

Previous experience as a room attendant or in cleaning services, preferably in a four- or five-star luxury hotel.
