The Room Attendant maintains the property's cleanliness and appearance, services guest rooms to LQA standards, replenishes housekeeping offices, cares for guests' belongings and anticipates guest needs. This seasonal role is based at Caruso, A Belmond Hotel, and is governed by the Tourism Sector C.C.N.L.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain the property's appearance and cleanliness in accordance with company policies, standards and procedures.
- Clean and service guest rooms within established timeframes, following the Housekeeping Supervisor's direction and LQA methods and standards.
- Maintain housekeeping service offices and replenish their supplies.
- Take care of guests' personal belongings in their rooms.
- Maintain professional relationships with guests, anticipating their needs, and work professionally with the manager and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Fluent Italian and basic English.
- Passion for service and ambition to develop professionally.
- Availability to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
