Belmond is hiring a Room Attendant at Romazzino, Belmond Hotel Costa Smeralda, to maintain the cleanliness, order, and presentation of guest rooms, public areas, and operational spaces. The role is seasonal under the C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo – Confindustria.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with cleaning the hotel’s public areas and guest rooms in accordance with LQA standards.
- Maintain order and cleanliness in service areas and housekeeping storage rooms.
- Ensure guest rooms are serviced daily to the hotel’s quality standards.
- Support the cleaning of guest rooms and public areas and assist the Housekeeping team during room changes.
- Follow the property’s safety and hygiene procedures and applicable regulations.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Italian and English.
- Passion for service and a desire for professional growth.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong aptitude for teamwork.
- Consistent attention to service standards and priorities.
- Accuracy, punctuality, and attention to detail in daily tasks.
- Previous experience in hotels of a comparable standard.
