Villa San Michele, a Belmond hotel overlooking Florence from the hills of Fiesole, is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain high standards of cleanliness and care in guest rooms, supporting guest comfort and satisfaction. This is a seasonal role under the 2025 Tourism Sector National Collective Labour Agreement (C.C.N.L.), with a long season.
Role & Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms in accordance with company standards and procedures.
- Assist with laundry operations and replenish pantries with linen and amenities.
- Clean changing rooms and maintain the appearance of shared spaces.
- Care for guests’ personal belongings and respect their needs.
Qualifications
- Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and public holidays.
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality service.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Proven hospitality experience preferred but not essential.
