Grand Hotel Timeo, a Belmond Hotel, seeks a Restaurant Server Assistant to support the restaurant team in delivering high-end service. The role assists the Chef de Rang, supports dining-room service and coordination with the kitchen, and develops knowledge of the menu and service etiquette. Seasonal contract for the 2027 season under C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Federalberghi.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Chef de Rang with table setup, station preparation, and mise en place before and after meal service.
- Serve water and bread and clear tables efficiently and discreetly during service.
- Coordinate communication between the kitchen and dining room to deliver dishes promptly.
- Keep side stations and service areas clean, polished, and well stocked.
- Learn menu details, ingredients, and service etiquette to develop professionally within the team.
