As a Restaurant Server Assistant at Romazzino, a Belmond Hotel Costa Smeralda, the role supports the dining team in delivering refined service, preparing the dining room and service stations, assisting during service and attending to guest needs. This is a seasonal position under the C.C.N.L. Tourism Sector – Confindustria.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare the dining room and service stations in accordance with restaurant standards.
- Support the restaurant service team during service, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail.
- Assist with table service, maintaining precision, courtesy and attention to detail.
- Keep service stations and work equipment orderly, clean and hygienic.
- Contribute to guest satisfaction through punctual, courteous and seamless service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant service or a similar role in upscale restaurants or luxury hotels.
