Role & Responsibilities

• Plan, promote and lead recreational activities for different age groups, including games, crafts, motor activities and digital activities.
• Develop weekly, monthly and seasonal schedules, including special activities for holidays, weekends and commemorative dates.
• Create experiences that make the Kids Club a valued part of guests’ stays and make family visits more memorable.
• Supervise children during activities, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment suited to each age group.
• Identify risks, prevent incidents and provide initial care when needed, involving leadership as appropriate.
• Keep the Kids Club, its materials and equipment clean, organized, safe and ready for use.
• Take note of important guest information, including dietary restrictions, allergies, preferences and special needs.
• Ensure children’s amenities and special requests are prepared for arriving children.
• Support Reception with VIP guest needs and other operational requests.
• Stay informed about the hotel’s programme, city activities and tourist attractions, providing guests with clear and useful information.
• Circulate through the hotel’s social areas and warmly introduce available services and experiences, including the Spa, Iguassu Experiences and Signature Boutique.
• Support reception activities for the Spa, Concierge and other Front Office areas as needed.
• Record relevant information in the log book and maintain effective communication with the team across shifts.
• Assist guests with discretion, warmth, attention to detail and a genuine interest in providing an excellent experience.

Qualifications

• Complete secondary education; higher education is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience in leisure and recreation.
• Intermediate to advanced English.
• Ability to create and lead recreational activities appropriate for different age groups.
• First Aid certification.
• Creativity, energy, organization and strong communication skills.
• Empathy, patience, self-control and ease in working with children and families.
• Courteous manner, attention to detail, proactivity and problem-solving ability.
• Availability to work from 11:40 a.m. to 8 p.m.
