Hotel Cipriani, a Belmond Hotel, is recruiting a Purchasing Office Intern for a full-time curricular internship of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from May to the end of September 2027. Based near the hotel on Giudecca, the intern will support data entry and learn core purchasing office processes, including transport document entry, price and quantity checks, and supplier contacts.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Purchasing Office team with data entry.
- Learn to use the warehouse accounting software for key office activities, including entering transport document data, checking prices and quantities, and contacting suppliers.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled at a university, a post-diploma hospitality training institute, or an academy specializing in tourism training; the internship must be curricular.
- Available full-time for 40 hours per week over five days, from May to the end of September 2027.
- Good knowledge of Italian and English and good command of IT tools.
- Strong organization and prioritization, good communication, attention to detail, and a desire to grow and learn.
- Must live locally, as accommodation is not provided.
- Must have the documents required to work in Italy.
