Belmond is seeking a Pool Attendant for the 2027 season at Castello di Casole. The role supports guests in accordance with Belmond standards, anticipates their needs, maintains the pool area and furniture, and assists colleagues across departments.

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist guests courteously and efficiently in accordance with Belmond standards.
• Anticipate guests’ needs.
• Keep the workstation clean at all times.
• Ensure all pool furniture is neatly arranged and clean.
• Work closely with colleagues in other departments and provide assistance.

Qualifications

• Communicates clearly and appropriately, verbally and nonverbally, in ways that positively impact the role, the business and Belmond; uses and interprets nonverbal behaviors to enhance understanding.
• Demonstrates emotional intelligence by managing and expressing emotions and handling interpersonal relationships.

• High school diploma or general education degree.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Lifeguard certification.
