The Night Porter welcomes and assists guests, transports luggage, provides information about the property and surrounding area, maintains common areas, and monitors access. This is a seasonal role under the C.C.N.L. Turismo – Confindustria at Romazzino, Belmond Hotel Costa Smeralda.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests on arrival and departure.
- Transport luggage to guest rooms and other requested locations.
- Provide information about the hotel and surrounding area.
- Maintain the cleanliness and order of common areas.
- Monitor and control access to and egress from the property.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury properties is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of English.
- Professional appearance, discretion, courtesy, and team spirit.
- Flexibility.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
