Caruso, a Belmond Hotel, is seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to oversee overnight Front Office operations and financial reconciliations. The role manages overnight guest services, end-of-day audits and reporting, property security, and morning handovers. Seasonal labor contract under the C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage overnight Front Office operations, including late check-ins, early check-outs, and guest inquiries.
- Perform end-of-day financial close procedures, auditing revenue centers, room rates, and payment postings.
- Generate, verify, and distribute daily financial reports to departmental management.
- Ensure overnight security, safety monitoring, and emergency response readiness across the property.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare smooth handovers for the morning Front Office team.
Qualifications
- Strong numerical accuracy, analytical skills, and familiarity with accounting principles.
- Advanced proficiency in Property Management Systems, including Opera PMS, and Excel.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with a high level of responsibility.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
