As a Massage Therapist at Palacio Nazarenas, a Belmond Hotel, Cusco, the role enhances guest experiences through immersive, therapeutic and ambient treatments, providing high-quality spa treatments, services and products. Responsibilities include delivering massage, facial and body treatments, recommending and promoting services, managing supplies, following company and service protocols, maintaining hygiene and safety, and collaborating and communicating effectively with the team.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide massage, facial and body treatment services to spa clients and visitors in accordance with service protocols.
• Deliver personalized service in line with the high standards of a five-star hotel.
• Promote treatments and make recommendations to visitors.
• Manage products and supplies for the department appropriately.
• Comply with the company’s policies, standards and procedures.
• Participate actively in departmental training and development sessions.
• Follow each service protocol, ensuring order, hygiene and sanitation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to foster a harmonious working environment.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and other staff members.
• Provide guests with high-quality spa treatments, services and products.

Qualifications

• Intermediate-level English.
• Appropriate certifications or licenses to practise as a therapist in the relevant jurisdictions.
• Ability to create a welcoming, relaxing environment, communicate effectively with guests, and provide personalized care tailored to their individual needs and preferences.
• Strong understanding of health and safety standards and protocols related to spa services.
• High level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
• Ability to uphold professional standards, maintain confidentiality and demonstrate ethical conduct in guest interactions.
