Splendido, A Belmond Hotel, is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Portofino to provide high-quality service to guests and employees, reporting directly to the Chief Maintenance Technician. The role covers preventive and corrective maintenance, fault diagnosis, compliance with safety and quality standards, intervention reporting and recommendations to improve equipment efficiency and lifespan. This is a full-time seasonal contract under the C.C.N.L. Tourism Sector, Level 4, from June 2026 to November 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing and/or building systems.
- Diagnose faults and malfunctions promptly and accurately.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations in every operation.
- Complete detailed reports on work performed.
- Recommend solutions to improve equipment efficiency and lifespan.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of established experience as a maintenance technician.
- Technical skills in areas such as electrical work, mechanics, plumbing and welding.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems.
- Attention to detail and precision in carrying out work.
- Ability to work in a team and excellent communication skills.

Benefits
Seasonal contract under the C.C.N.L. Tourism Sector collective agreement, full-time, Level 4, Maintenance Attendant; gross monthly remuneration, with 13th- and 14th-month salary accruals and TFR paid separately. Contract runs from June 2026 to November 2026, with the aim of ongoing, stable collaboration at Hotel Splendido in subsequent seasons and a development path.
