Splendido, A Belmond Hotel, is recruiting a Lifeguard for Villa Beatrice in Portofino for the 2027 season. The role reports to the Villa Manager and covers pool and beach safety, emergency response, cleanliness and guest assistance. This seasonal contract runs from March to October 2027 under C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo, Level 4.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain constant surveillance of the swimming pool and surrounding areas.
- Intervene promptly in emergencies.
- Maintain order and cleanliness in the pool and beach areas.
- Verify compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist and support guests.
Qualifications
- Valid lifeguard certification.
- Excellent knowledge of rescue techniques and first aid.
- Previous experience in the role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of English.
