Belmond is seeking a Culinary Intern for LUMIO, the new Italian fine-dining restaurant at Copacabana Palace, to learn daily kitchen operations and develop culinary technique alongside experienced professionals. The internship schedule is 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., five days on and two days off.

- Currently pursuing a higher education degree in Gastronomy.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
- Available to work from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on a 5x2 schedule.
