The Kitchen Assistant supports daily kitchen operations at Belmond’s Hotel das Cataratas in Foz do Iguaçu, preparing ingredients, maintaining clean and organized work areas, handling supplies, and assisting the team during service while following food safety standards. The role requires completed secondary education, previous kitchen experience, and availability for the 4:00 p.m.–midnight shift.

- Assist with food and ingredient preparation according to instructions from cooks and chefs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and work areas.
- Receive, store, and preserve supplies appropriately.
