Belmond seeks a Kitchen Assistant for Hotel das Cataratas in Foz do Iguaçu to support daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, kitchen cleanliness and organization, proper storage of supplies, and efficient service support. The role also requires compliance with food safety and hygiene standards and availability for the 16:00–00:00 shift.
